1992 Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Gordon College, Wenham Massachusetts; 1993 Prudential Insurance Life & Health Agent;  1994 Recruited to be Allstate Life Specialist for Carlos Lagomarsino Agency. Allstate agency machine that by 2011 went independent and ranked 61st on the INC 500 list of fastest-growing U.S. companies.


1997 Allstate Insurance Underwriter. Responsible for lower half of Georgia profitability issues over a 2-year period. Working with agents with poor loss ratios, investigating, cleaning books, educating agents & staff, and making hard recommendations to let people go.


1999 Opened Allstate Agency Alpharetta Ga. Won top performer in class of 35 in Chicago home office training, followed by line 10 (preferred auto), leader several years, Chairman’s conference (top 3% in state), and many other awards and trips.


2004 Sold Allstate Agency to go Independent & build a standard lines agency that was scalable, profitable, and great on client relationships.


2008 Opened Florida Best Quote with the premise of putting agents at the source of the business. By building relationships with Realtors and Mortgage Brokers we created “pipelines” for business, while still providing great service & personal relationships to the client.


2012 Started Life & Health Division of FBQ. Marketing, selling, hiring, and developing the Life & Health Department into a sustainable entity rounding accounts and increasing retention of P & C Books.


2016 Started FBQ2- A division designed to expand FBQ outside of Pinellas county, scale growth, and diversify FBQ geographically. Concentrating on “growing” individual agents, not “home office”, to keep the agent/client relationship strong, while leveraging technology behind the scenes. Grew to 5 million in premium in 4 years.


2018 Founded PHP Insurance by Splitting off 100 policies and 2 agents from Galish Group Insurance to leverage real estate relationships. Teaming up with Kevin Palmer, owner of Palmer House Properties who has 2,500 real estate agents in the Atlanta Metro area, the agency is growing rapidly & profitable.


2020 FBQ hit 25 Million P&C Premium organically (and no investment capital) in 12 years, 5 Million from (side project) FBQ2 which started at zero and grew organically outside Pinellas county.


2021 Splitting off just over 5 Million and 12 agents/CSR’s to further grow and spread the brand. By focusing more on technology, and the agent/client relationship, 3.5 million in premium written with 3 million of growth
(60%) is the 2022 goal.
